If you're searching for a unique space to host your next event, you have arrived. Built in 1903, renovations were completed in 2019 to reveal steel beams, original brick walls and concrete floors. Modest lighting was introduced to softly illuminate the nearly 4,000 sq. ft. space. The space can be arranged to accommodate a group as small as 75; seating up to 296 guests at maximum capacity.

Saturday rentals begin at $3,500
Saturday rentals include venue access from 9:00 a.m. until midnight. We provide (and setup) all tables for your event, and we cleanup after the party's over! Linens and chairs are rented separately to bring your vision to life. Food must be prepared offsite and delivered by the caterer of your choice. We will gladly connect you with our network of vendors to make sure your event is one for the books.
